My mission is to help as many women as possible become the best version of themselves.

Like many others, I had no idea what I wanted to do for a career after high school. However, I did know my purpose in life was to help others somehow.

For most of my life, I struggled with my own fitness goals. That same struggle eventually became my passion. I am blessed I was able to turn my passion for fitness into my career to help others achieve their goals.

In 2017, I managed and co-owned a gym. I loved the community aspect but I knew I was meant to do more. In 2021, I launched my own online fitness & nutrition coaching business. It was hands down the scariest & most exciting decision I’ve ever made.

As a coach, I am here to educate my clients on what it means to truly live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. You can absolutely enjoy eating foods you love while achieving your fitness goals.

My Fitness Journey

Health & fitness has been in my life ever since I can remember.

My early childhood memories consist of working out in the living room to Jane Fonda with soup cans for weight & drinking SlimFast shakes because I wanted to be like my mom.

Growing up, I always struggled with feeling confident in my body. Almost every single shopping trip ended in tears in the fitting room.

In my early twenties, I started learning how to lift weights but I was mostly a cardio bunny. After graduating college and going through a break up, I packed on nearly 40lbs by binge eating & drinking. I was lost, depressed, and not taking care of myself.

I told myself I needed to make a change. This ultimately led me to starting an MLM diet. I was eating 1,000 calories daily and said no to just about every social event because I was terrified it would send me off track & gain all the weight back.

It took me YEARS to get to a place where I could find balance. Exercise was no longer punishment— it was to make myself feel good. Nutrition was no longer scary— it was a means to fuel my body. Personal development was no longer “woo-woo”— it was essential in order to getting to know myself better.

If you’re reading this and resonate with my experience, I want to tell you I hear you & I see you girlfriend. I understand what it feels like to feel unmotivated, frustrated, and stuck in your own body.

MY ADVICE: Keep promises to yourself & keep showing up.

Skip the fad diet. If you need help reach out to a professional.

Your current habits today, will lead to the person you will be 6 months from now. It’s never too late to start. If you’re not satisfied with the life you’re living, change it.
